Festival Club at Luxford Lounge, Uckfield Civic Centre

 

Monday 12th July - A Musical Collection

6pm-7.30pm   Entrance: Free – Collection for performers.

The Deborah Lamb Theatre School singing students trained by James Anderson.  Students age 10 - 18yrs entertain.

 

 

Tuesday 13th July - Linda Ronald

6pm- 7.30pm.  Entrance: Free - collection for performers

Linda Ronald, a talented violinist from Brighton, and friends.  A delightful mixture of folk and classical music.

 

 

Wednesday 14th July - String Theory

6pm-7.30pm   Entrance: Free – Collection for performers.

 

String Theory is an acoustic trio that plays hot swing style tunes from Duke Ellington to

Django Reinhardt with more than a few oddities thrown in to keep the audience on its toes.

An evening of virtuosity, humour and classic melodies.

 

 

Thursday 15th July - Rag 'n' Bone session.

6pm-7.30pm   Entrance: Free – Collection for performers.

 

We are thrilled to welcome back the fantastic voice of Rory Graham by popular demand. There will be an eclectic mix of blues and folk along with guitar and harmonica. Do come early as it was standing room only last time.

 

 

Friday 16th July - Uckfield Concert Brass Band

6opm - 7.30pm.  Entrance: Free - Collection for performers

 

Uckfield Concert Brass Band perform a range of traditional brass band and modern light entertaining pieces. The band welcomes new members, and anyone who would like the opportunity to join in with the band for the last few numbers would be welcome.  Simply bring your instrument.
